Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the jayaapp platform. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
jayaapp is strictly an adult platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity. We perform age-verification checks and reserve the right to request supporting documentation at any time.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on jayaapp. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through third parties — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
All deposits and withdrawals on jayaapp are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The platform does not charge transaction fees on standard deposit and withdrawal operations.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jayaapp Entertainment Ltd. ("jayaapp", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jayaapp platform, available at https://jayaapp.app and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").
By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Accept" checkbox, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing or using any feature of the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them;
- You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;

Access to the jayaapp Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful, and jayaapp has a zero-tolerance policy toward it.
- Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your country or region of residence. jayaapp makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions.
- Mental capacity: You must not be under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or any substance that materially impairs your judgment when accessing the Platform or placing wagers.
- Self-exclusion status: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntary (placed through jayaapp) or mandated by any applicable regulatory authority.
- Employee restriction: Employees, contractors, directors, or officers of jayaapp Entertainment Ltd., and their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold a player account or participate in any promotional activity on the Platform.
If we discover that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be voided, and the deposited amount (excluding any bonus funds) may be returned subject to our investigation findings. We will also consider referral to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
3.1 Account Accuracy
You agree that all information you provide during registration and throughout your account lifecycle is truthful and accurate. 3.2 One Account Per Household
Only one player account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. jayaapp employs automated detection tools to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. jayaapp will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify us immediately at [email protected]. We strongly recommend enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication, available in your account settings, to protect against unauthorised access.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations and our commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention, jayaapp may request the following documents at any time:
- Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
- Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months);

Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. jayaapp processes KYC documentation within two business days of receipt of all required materials.

4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your jayaapp account within 60 seconds of a successful transfer confirmation. Deposits via bank card (Visa, Mastercard) or internet banking may take up to 30 minutes during peak periods. jayaapp does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jayaapp bears no responsibility.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed within 15 minutes during business hours (09:00–23:00 BST, 7 days a week). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next available processing window. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully KYC-verified and all active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied. jayaapp reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal request exceeding ৳50,000 as part of our anti-money laundering obligations.
4.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Matching
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protects the integrity of our payment ecosystem. Any remaining balance above the deposited amount may be withdrawn to an alternative verified payment method registered in your name.
4.4 Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. jayaapp reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts after the 12-month inactivity threshold has been reached. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. The fee will not reduce your balance below zero.
jayaapp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who register a jayaapp account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳30,000. The welcome bonus is credited to your bonus wallet immediately upon qualifying deposit confirmation. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount, which must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to satisfy the wagering requirement within this timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion;
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied;
- jayaapp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players;
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting software errors, or placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements — will result in immediate bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension;
- Certain games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms;
- Maximum bet while a bonus is active is ৳500 per spin or per bet unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in winnings being voided.
5.3 Seasonal Promotions
jayaapp runs special promotions aligned to the Bangladesh cultural and sports calendar, including Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day, Independence Day, and major cricket tournaments such as the BPL and IPL. These promotions are announced via the Platform and by email to opted-in players. Each seasonal promotion is governed by its own specific terms published at the time of launch.

6.1 Random Number Generators

6.2 Malfunction Policy

6.3 Sports Betting Rules
Pre-match and in-play sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to the specific rules for each sport published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In cases of match abandonment, postponement, or other extraordinary events, settlement rules specific to the relevant competition apply. jayaapp's trading team decisions on market settlement are final.
6.4 Intellectual Property
All game content, software, graphics, user interface elements, trademarks, and service marks on the jayaapp Platform are the intellectual property of jayaapp Entertainment Ltd. or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal entertainment only. Any unauthorised copying, distribution, reverse-engineering, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited.
All games use independently verified random number generators for provably fair outcomes.

Sports markets governed by sport-specific rules; BPL and IPL settled per official scorecards.

By using the jayaapp Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and to refrain from any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unlawful. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage — including registration, KYC verification, or bonus claims — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers is a serious violation. This includes chip-dumping in poker, coordinated betting strategies across multiple accounts, and any other form of collaborative manipulation.

- Charge-backs: Initiating a charge-back or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first exhausting jayaapp's internal dispute resolution process is considered a breach of these Terms. Any account subject to a charge-back will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
- Money laundering: The Platform must not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. jayaapp complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
- Unauthorised access attempts: Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's backend systems, databases, or other players' accounts is a criminal offence and will be reported to law enforcement.
- Abusive behaviour: Harassment, threats, discriminatory language, or abusive conduct directed at jayaapp staff or other players via any communication channel is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
jayaapp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
- The player has provided false or misleading registration or verification information;
- The account is involved in fraudulent activity, collusion, or any other form of abuse;
- The player is under 18 years of age;
- Regulatory, legal, or law enforcement requirements necessitate closure;
- Continued operation of the account would expose jayaapp or other players to unacceptable risk.
8.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request the permanent closure of your jayaapp account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
If you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming harmful, you may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. 8.3 Balances Upon Closure
Upon closure of an account for Terms violation, jayaapp reserves the right to withhold any pending balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, all balances — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited. In cases of voluntary closure or regulatory-driven closure where no misconduct is established, verified real-money balances will be returned in full.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jayaapp Entertainment Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Platform and its services. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
9.1 Limitation of Liability
jayaapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. In no event shall jayaapp's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.2 Gambling Losses
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit on the Platform. jayaapp does not accept liability for gambling losses sustained through normal use of the Platform. All wagering decisions are made voluntarily by the player and at the player's sole risk.
9.3 Dispute Resolution

When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.
10.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
